Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days across India
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)
Remote areas may take additional 2-3 days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available on most orders across India.
A small COD handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
